I have a diverse background that has revolved around athleticism and a commitment to overall well-being. During my time in high school, I engaged in wrestling and football, which honed my discipline and teamwork skills. In 2018, I achieved the title of Regional Champion Powerlifter in Dallas, Texas, showcasing my strength and dedication.
As my journey continued, I found a passion for Olympic weightlifting and proudly represented the the state of Texas national level. Additionally, I delved into the world of crossfit during my high school years, further expanding my horizons in fitness.
My primary focus has always been on the holistic health of both the mind and body. Presently, I maintain an active lifestyle through a variety of fitness activities. These include weightlifting, where I continue to refine my technique, calisthenics to improve my body control, and gymnastics to enhance my agility. Additionally, I embrace running, conquer obstacle course races, and train rigorously for American Ninja Warrior challenges.
Through my journey as an athlete, I've cultivated a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining not only physical strength but also mental resilience. This amalgamation of experiences has shaped me into someone who is dedicated to promoting comprehensive well-being and inspiring others to achieve their optimal selves.
