The Exclusive Gym Party will take place in the Main Gym Area. You will have access to the whole gym and will have structured time with the coaches. Our team will provide a dedicated host to assist with setup and breakdown, along with the proper amount of coaches in the gym to facilitate the structured birthday party. The first 80 minutes will be dedicated to gym activities, while the final 40 minutes will be spent in the designated party area. To ensure a smooth and safe experience, parents are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before the party for setup, while guests should aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time for a safety video, waiver signing, and to ensure they have appropriate footwear. Please note if you would like to use the Mini Gym area for the birthday party time, we will require 3 weeks notice. This will allow you up to 10 more guests.
