Tabata was first used in Japan as a new way of attempting to train athletes. It is a high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.Tabata is a highly efficient method to achieve maximum results by helping you burn fat.

Our Tabata Class will use body - weight movements, obstacles, weights and more to bring you a total body workout. We use a special Timer System made by NinjaWorks, to follow the precise Tabata formula with ques counting you in and out of the workout.
