TUMBLING 101

6 - 12 YEARS OLD

This is an introduction to Tumbling where students will learn the basics. We break down the skills with drills to gain muscle memory. Students will learn to roll forward and backward, dive rolls, handstands, front/back walkovers, cartwheels, round -off, and more. Each class will vary in curriculum and equipment. Our coaches are all USA Gymnastics Certified and experienced to teach you how to tumble in the safest progression giving the best form and technique.
