How often do you want to train?
Join the academy for the most VIP experience at the gym. With this type of membership, you have the utmost flexibility to choose which days, times, and classes you want to enroll your children in. These classes are 1 hour long and designed to develop the student's physical and mental strength, which will make them great at overcoming obstacles both inside and outside of the gym. Every week there is a new curriculum along with obstacle courses. All of our Instructors ensure that the students are being motivated in a highly positive environment regularly.

How does payment work?
How does payment work?
Payments are auto-billed the same day every month (i.e. you sign up on the 5th of the month, that is your bill day). Add your credit card and sign your contract for the easiest experience.

No! We don’t believe in charging you an extra fee that goes towards nothing like most gyms. Only pay for your class enrollments.
What if we don't come to all the classes for the month?

If you can’t make a class, give us 24 hrs notice to cancel and your session will return to your account and roll over to the next month. You will never lose anything you pay for here at Jumptwist Ninja!

Nope! We have open enrollment year-round. Our levels program ensures you will be placed in the correct class based on your experience. You can jump into the academy whenever you want and you will be training with students of the same skill level.
What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us 30 days notice before your next billing date. Contact us to let us know you would like to cancel and we will send you a cancellation form. There is a $50 fee as well. Once you pay the fee and fill out the form, your account will be cancelled. If you have any unused sessions, you are welcome to use them!

Yes! We can help you or you can set it up on our app to book your class recurring. We understand tight schedules help families stay on track. You have the option to book a different day each week or book recurring for an organized schedule.

We understand things happen! Give us 24hrs notice before your class start time and you can “Early Cancel”. This will put your session back on your account allowing you to use it for a future session. You don’t need to call us (unless you need assistance) nor do you need to worry about “Make up” Days.

No. Each child needs their own separate enrollment plan, however, we offer sibling discounts to BOTH kids!

Yes! Parents and spectators always have full view of all classes. Even from our fitness center!
Can I use the Fitness Center?

Yes! Your child’s Academy membership includes FREE Fitness Center for 1 parent at a time. You deserve to pamper yourself while watching your kids workout.

What else can I use these sessions for?
The academy sessions will give you access to Academy classes, Jump In Programs (including NinjaFit, Ninja Nastics, Ninja Kore, Fun & Games, etc), Open Gym/Play Sessions, Ninja Night and Levels Testing Events.
