When can I enroll?
When can I enroll?
Anytime. Our levels program allows students to have open enrollment year round and always keeping them in a group where they will be challenged and learning new skills.

It is your choice! Enroll in our academy membership for 3, 6, or 12 months.
What is my bill date?
What is my bill date?
They day of the month that you initially sign up with be your bill date for any future membership transactions. Credit Card or ACH is stored and your payment is automatically billed each month. Cash is not accepted for this type of membership.
What if I can't make it one week?

It's all good! Your sessions roll over so you never lose a session. Always make sure to cancel on the app within 24hrs of class if you are set on recurring booking.
How can my child Level Up?
How can my child Level Up?
Once your child has the class requirement to move up a level, you can sign up for an upcoming Testing Event (Second Saturday of the Month) or Book a Private Lesson to have a Private Testing Experience.

Each membership is linked to one student. Unlike jump-in sessions, academy sessions cannot be shared among siblings and family members.

Can I freeze my account?
Can I freeze my account?
Only Unlimited Memberships can be put on freeze. All other academy memberships are session based and each month, unused sessions roll over. If you plan a trip or you can't make it one month, thats a month of ninja training prepaid for when you come back.
Do the rollover sessions expire?

No. You are welcome to use your prepaid sessions until the end of time.
