How do I book with a group rate?
Call us and we can charge you over the phone and book you and your group into the attendance. Please make sure everyone in your group creates their own account on our waiver page before you call to book.
What happens if someone cancels on me?
What happens if someone cancels on me?
There are no partial refunds for the group and you will lose the session. Unfortunately, this rate is only locked in for that single visit. The unused session cannot be be used for a future visit.

Can I use the group rate to host a party at the gym?
Yes! Feel free to book a party on a Friday night and use this group rate for your guests. You can even reserve a party table to host food and cake after the open gym session for additional fee.
Can I reschedule my group?

Yes. With 24hr notice of cancellation, all group sessions will return to your account for the chance to rebook in the future.
